This tutorial will show you how to get instant 5 degree directional scans using the Tracking Camera. "C" is the default hotkey to turn this new camera panning feature on or off. Very useful for hunting those pesky wabbits...

I <3 internet spaceships and sometimes make movies of them. http://www.youtube.com/user/cpjontek

why not just use tacking camera option on your scanner?

Because that option is the same as pressing "C" which toggles camera tracking on/off. That alone does not give you the information you need. Your camera alignment needs to be perfectly adjusted along with the 5 degree scan I show in the video. By default the camera is NOT set to give you a 5 degree scan. You can however MAKE it do so which is invaluable to quickly scanning down wabbits.

i do not know, but it seems that my default is 5 degree without adjusting anything.

Hi,

Thanks for doing this, but as you've posted the same topic in Warfare and Tactics, and it's the better location, I'll lock this one.

Thanks again though; good work!
