I didn't go to fanfest, but if I did I would ask about the mac client and the freezing issue that keeps us active in space, but frozen in our client. A new version of Eve is about to come out and we need more than just HOPE.

Is there a dev blog, a status, a forum post, ANYTHING you can say regarding Mac client?

I was just going to actually look for posts about freezing, because today EVE has been freezing a several times. And i had to restart my computer (mac) a several times too.

For the first months i did not have any issue at all. But this freezing thing started some weeks back and it was just 5-10 sec's wich i could accept i mean, the game still would play. But now, today it has really been on my nerve. It actually froze and i could not do anything about it. So, it would be nice to have some info on it. Or some steps/directions to do to make it go away.

What is the problem, really? Because my Mac can handle EVE very well. What is this comming from?

I'm also experiencing frequent freezing, and it's extremely annoying. There's nothing like having your computer freeze up while you're scouting for an alliance op...

Please fix this! Or tell us how to fix it ourselves, if there's something we can do within our system settings.

I have reset my graphics to lowest and reset all the Cache, it seems like its working for a bit atleast.
But i dont know, i have sent a petition too.

Maybe. Do those who get freezes still get them with 1.2? I cannot check as I almost never get a freeze.

Vincent!!! I removed my (old) launcher from the task bar below on Mac, and now launch it via the Applications Folder. It seems, I have not crashed once in two days doing that. HMMM!!!!
