Just SD the pod already. If your clone is current now, it might not be current by the time someone happens to find you and cares enough to help you get out. If it's not current, you'll lose more and more the longer you wait. You're also more than likely to find someone who would just as soon shoot you as take your money. Any ISK can be regained, and as a bonus, the SD won't show up on killmails.

i dont want to self destruct, im sure someone will come across it and give me a shout if i wait long enough.. its not like im desperate to get him out.

You should really register this with wormnav. You will likely have a better chance that someone will find you than here.
