Did anyone snap a picture of this who saw it?

Edit: found it.

I think I need to use smooth peanut butter in this smoothie next time instead of chunky.

After the patch we're giving the market some gentle supply restriction, like tying one wrist to the bedpost loosely with soft silk rope. Just enough to make things a bit more exciting for the market, not enough to make a safeword necessary.  -Fozzie

I'm prepared to be mercilessly bashed for this.

It's a very nice design, but did we really need another Amarrian frigate with the same style as the Executioner and the Slicer?

It also has a transform effect just in case they ever decide to add something to it that would cause it to transform. ;P

This is the first remodel or recolour of a spaceship that I dislike. I really liked the Crucifier - I thought it looked just like an EWAR ship. I understand the reasons behind the remodel, though, and the new ship looks nice enough. I can see similarities to other (especially newer) Amarr ships in it. The general double-hull shape does seem a lot like the Executioner? Too similar?

The art team has been doing the battleship remodels across the old tier two. I wonder if the other EWAR frigates will also receive a new design?

The new scanning interface looks absolutely awesome. Really love it.

But what is the picture of the cyclone in the station meant to be for? Is that going to be the new interior for Minmatar stations??? If so, then that is flipping awesome!!!!

And what are all those screen shots right at the end? Looks like a new and improved tactical overlay. Looks awesome too! Why werent these shown on the livestream?

When Seagull and Soundwave were presenting there were similar slides.

the cyclone in station and the pics of tactical overlay were just concept art and mockups. may happen, may not

I like the model but I don't think it fits the E-war role of the Crucifier. It looks fast and tackley....a bit like the executioner.

Id say make that new model the Executioner, and give us something more fitting as an EWAR platform.

if that's gonna be the new model of the Crucifier, the best i can bet is that it will become the frigate version of the drone neuting ship, it was used for EWAR before, so the most probable scenario will be that it will add a split weapon option at least, to complete the transformation.

Hmm. Idk if I like it or not.

Do we have any other fully painted angles of it yet? Or just the one?

Yeah I don't like it at all. Of course it is more beautiful then the old one just by nature of being new but the design change seems to make it look like an Executioner and not a Crucifier.

Here in the concept art, the ones labeled 4, 2 and A look like a modern Crucifier, not the ones labeled 3 which is the path they chose.

I would prefer that they stick to its unique and interesting design when modernizing it instead of making it a bulky Executioner. If they used that design scheme for a new Executioner I would be ecstatic though.

model wise, it should keep the assymetry, the other image makes it look like a clone of the executioner, the crucifier has one of the most interesting models of all the amarr frigates....

Agreed, replace Executioner with this model.

I kinda liked model 4 for the Crucifier myself.

I have to say though, the guy they seem to have working on some of the Amarr ships is pretty good. I loved the new Apoc, and some of those look very interesting as well.

I completely agree that model 4 is the nice ****. I mean the other ones look pretty good too, sure.. but that one has the original style of the ship, but with a new and really sleek edge.
