I'm looking for a Pilot that can not only fly a Tengu, but also fly CovOps. High Scanning skills are a big plus, as are any and all skills that reduce the time needed to train for a Rorqual or Jump Freighter. The skills that I absolutely need are below. Below that are the skills that I would like, and any pilot with those skills will be given extra consideration (in some cases I may overlook some of my requirements if you have a bunch of the other skills I want).

I have 8-10B to spend, though don't let that prevent you from posting, as I may decide to spend more once I see your character.
