Looking at the features of MacKeeper, then yes, especially the "Languages Cutter" would have this effect. If MacKeeper has an ignore list for applications that it should leave alone as well (couldn't find quickly if that is the case), it might be of interest for other players on how to add EVE to that list with this tool, too.
