Skill plan for a vulture

I've an alt I want to sit in a vulture in the next year or so, and i wanted to know wich skill are important to get. He is currently in a int/mem remap and i plan on doing charisma/will for leadership then finish with a will/perception once the leardership skills are in.

This is a long term plan, So i really want to train everything necessary before doing remaps.

get BC V and inject command ships before you do anything. I think you might just have enough time.

Once odyssey goes live I think vulture will have 3 link bonuses so I think train all the link skills except armour and you're good.
