OP: I didn't see any mention of you buying implants. Even with Cybernetics I (which you should have if you did all the tutorials) you can get a full set of +3 implants for about 60M isk, which will speed up your training times quite a bit.

Of course, you'll have to do your best to not get podded while you PvP or you'll lose those implants.
