Corp's Website can't see skills with API

I have this strange issue where my corporation's website pulls my two pilots' into the web site via an API key where "All" characters are selected with full privs. Once the API key is set in the website I see both pilots but only get the skills on one. I have tried to recreate a key for just the pilot that doesn't have his skills transferring and its the same effect. The pilot's details are there but no more than his name and corporation.

Am I doing something wrong , could it be a bug in the website, or is this a bug in the API?

The API key brings over both pilots' info without issue for EVEmon.
