Reprocessing Yield Calculations

According to every source I've ever read, I should be seeing a yield of 37.5% plus station base yield, before considering any skills. I don't have any skills, and I'm in a station with a 50% base yield, yet my net yield is displayed as 83.2%.

How is this possible? The minimum should be 87.5% unless all of the sources I've read are outdated. Was there some sort of change to the basic 37.5% efficiency? Am I missing something?

Thanks for your help!

EDIT

What had me confused was the order in which things get multiplied. I figured taxes came off of 100% yield, but It's (base yield + character yield) * (1 - tax rate). So at 50% base yield, no skills, and 0.0 standing, the equation is (0.5 + 0.375) * (1 - 0.05) = 0.83125 yield displayed in-game.

Check your standings with the corp station. I think your 5% tax is in there as well (as modified by your standings).
