seems to me, with all the preservatives in food these days, we should be living forever because we eat them.

Great, now I want some McD cheeseburgers. I hope you're happy with yourself. I'm trying to cut back on how often I eat out.

While I currently have no proof, or really care to make any effort to find said proof, I doubt that a fast food burger would look like that after 14 years.

Surrender is still your slightly less painful option.

Buy gold? Buy silver? Bleah. They last about the same as a McD's, but you couldn't eat them in a famine! I foresee a McD bubble, invest while you can!

You just might. When was the last time you ate at a MickeyD's?

I calculated the calories per $ one time, and you can't beat McDonald's... so I guess if you're broke, big macs or cheeseburgers are a better idea than ramen noodles, since they have more calories and keep better. just... throw 'em in your coat pockets for the week ahead (who knew?)

I guess I was wasting my time vacuum packing mcdonalds hamburger for my food supply when the world ends. It looks like all I have to do is throw them in some, cool dark place and I'll be fine.

You may wish to continue your vacuum packing. Cool dark places may promote it's evolution into a predator.

Isn't Big Mac like 3500 or something? Like that one sandwich can be your entire days worth of calorie intake.

iirc the $4.25 big breakfast with hotcakes was highest cal/dollar value, with 1090 cal plus 330cal large coke. (the 1090 figure does not include maple syrup packets)

however

for sheer calorie figures, Jack in the Box wins. Sirloin Cheeseburger with Bacon 1030 cal. large seasoned curly fries 580, large coke 330.

Jack in the Box prices are a lot higher, though. 2x. so per $, McDonald's is a better "value"

McDonalds' prices vary, but they'll fluctuate with a nearby Jack in the Box, so, *most likely* wherever you go, ratio holds true

I think McD's simply has higher volume and a better supply line (trucks/warehouses/factories)

//I joked about ramen noodles but in doing so, I misspoke... ramen noodles are just shy of 400cal per pack, and at $0.15, per dollar that's 8x the calories of McD's... though not as complete.

ENJOY YOUR ACNE

Noone goes to McDonalds and ONLY orders 1 cheeseburger and 1 hamburger. This had to have been faked.

That hamburger has been shopped.

Big smile

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Before you kick off would you mind posting a map to your burial site?
