Player Features and Ideas Discussion

At present the RSS feed for a forum such as General Discussion looks something like this:

• Is it worth it for newbies? «go to last post»
• This game is great. Scammed before I even subscribed! «go to last post»

There's no context, and to read any of the content I have to open the forums in my browser. Sure, big deal, some people say. The catch is that loading the forum costs time and money when I'm on 3G (tethered via MiFi for example). Loading the forums takes a few seconds over my connection.

Then once it's loaded, I see the heading has very little to do with the content, or the content is nothing I'd have been interested in reading anyway.

My RSS feed is automatic, but loading the forums means I'm sitting here watching the wheels go round and round. I don't love to watch them roll.

It would be really nice if the forum RSS feeds could include either the whole text of the first post, or an automatic summary of the first post: anything to indicate to me whether I'm interested in spending a few seconds loading the forums.
