Needs to impact Empire taxes. If the Caldari are losing the war, the taxes in Caldari space should go up, forcing players to either assist in the war effort or move to another location.

If this were implemented, we'd see a hell of a lot more movement going on in high-sec as people moved from place to place in order to adapt to the situation. Eve is Real, it's all interconnected and without that connection we're left with what we have right now: Stagnation. There is simply no benefit besides personal endeavor and ambition than to push forward in Factional Warfare. There needs to be -purpose- and having it affect the rest of the galaxy is a surefire way to influence that.

The truth is for the most part FW is not about combat, and if you make it that way people will leave. I joined FW looking for fights but ended up spending most of my time either flying in fleets that were plexing with no intent to fight, or going solo or duo looking for fights and getting off'd by pirates. In the end I left FW.

If people want to fight in EvE there are other options. The last thing you want to do is force people to fight as most usually leave.

I don't mean to be rude, but do you realize that faction WARFARE is supposed to be a PVP oriented facet of EVE? It's also the easiest way to get consistent fights before you can afford to go full pirate and just shoot everything that moves. Why not lean FW more towards PVP? If the PVE'ers leave, then they leave. People excited about the changes will join, and the ones who've been looking for fights this whole time will stay to see what it's all about. PVE has plenty of other options, I think PVP deserves at least a little area of EVE that's geared towards what they want to do..

OP has lot of ideas but most of those make no sense at all.

Current FW is not working perfectly no matter what CCP say but your proposals do not make it work any better either.

The ideas aren't hard to understand, and they do make sense. Doesn't mean they'll work or have a place in the reality box. Despite that I'm not expecting all of my ideas to be perfect and work great with no problems at all. you could say that I'm just throwing ideas in the pool regardless of the outcome, so others will do so as well.

With this in mind we can see what the community says may or may not work. And with discussion and debate we can get somewhere to real change. If you don't think the current ideas of mine will work. Then give me some ideas of yours that might.
