Seriously though, you really don't. I'm a dreadful leader. It's just not my forte. Ideally I hope that someone with real leadership experience and that indefinable ability to inspire others to produce more and better results gets the role. I know for a fact that I am not that person.

If I did think I had those skills, I'd have no hesitation in aiming for the Chairmanship. I'm a much better follower than I am a leader though.
