Rule #138: Whenever you have a problem with someone else's PVP style, always b**** about it on these forums. You will receive much respect and street-cred.

There have been several instances where we have fought folks, then allowed them passage out and back to (or just back from Blink) HS to reship because we know they will go for round 2, or 3, or whatever. Lol. But it really is situational and depends on who is involved.

Yes, if you have to ask yourself the question, just assume we are watching you...

As you can see from the myriad of different replies, there's no such thing as wormhole etiquette.

This is Eve, do w/e the hell you want. Just be prepared to face the potential consequences of pissing off the other party.

When looking for a fight:

1. Smacktalk in local is key. Start out with generic meme insults and work your way up towards Borat quotes.
2. Make sure your batphone is working in the event that step 1 leads to something fun like an eviction (basically the same thing as sov grinding in nullsec).
3. No really its the exact same thing.
5. Like Zara said, if you are intending to evict someone you must first post on these forums so that the village elders may decide the fate of the universe.

Anyways Hector back when I roamed Essence lowsec with you and Darius Genome and Tallon Greer you said something that pulled at my heartstrings:

[07:10:46] Hector Biggz > i will give u a medal and a title
[07:11:01] Hector Biggz > and u can call Darius a b****

So many posts referencing "evictions". Sounds like Null without the moon goo. Who are the "goons" of W-Space?

As you can see, the Sociopath in it's natural environment garners many likes from his fellow Sociopaths. Even now, as we watch him, he's plotting to evict us and turn us into a paste made of our tears and broken Proteus hulls. Let's watch to see what happens next...

When looking for a fight, put a hictor on the wormhole and talk in local. Works every time.

W-space politics is quite different from normal space. There are no "goons" but sometimes big coalitions get formed in order to evict someone (standings are reset after the op is finished). Most of w-space entities do not like null bears establishing bases in wspace so they can be evicted without any reason some times. As far as reasons go they do vary from "they smacked in local" to "i hate that guy in their alliance" or "we are bored".

There are not many uber active PVP corporations or alliances in wspace. That is why after a while you start understand what kind of E-honor rules particular corporation or alliance acts upon.

I can think of few things more boring than seeding a system with capital blob, bashing structures as outnumbered residents SD their ships inside FF, wait for towers to come out of RF, bash rinse and repeat.

But that's just me.

It's no secret that if we had a good fight and we won, we often let the stragglers "out" sometimes in ships, sometimes in pods.
Though not always. Guess it depends on the circumstances.

No one knows what your post means.

Unless you're implying that evictions are more fun than forum warrioring.

In which case

Etiquette? Why yes there is. Allow me to elaborate my good man.

One should never attack combat ships running a site.
A Gentleman should wait until the salvaging and looting has almost finished and then shoot the Noctis.

One should never Torp an industrial alt doing PI hauling on the first stop.
A Gentleman waits until they are at the 4th or 5th customs office before announcing his presence.

A Gentleman always goes for the pod.
