Carthum Conglomerate - Help Needed

I am rather stuck - I had a friend that was going to help me in exchange for HzO standing (L4s) trade for running missions with CCW L3/4s to get a 8.0 standings with them for Medical.

The nearest agent to me is a L3 mining (which is what missions I do) and I need 3.00 to access

Would anyone be nice enough to help me access this agent? - Puswa Bonaskan - L3 -Madirlire VI - Moon 11

I would be very grateful for the help, PM or Evemail me if you could help thanks.
