If you want capstable, fly a drake, you can use literally no cap at all.You can literally have 0 cap on some fits.

Cap stable is bad for you. Rather than looking for a ship to continue using this bad strategy, I'd suggest you learn to fly without it, because it'll do you no end of good.

Or just not fly a ship that's so terrible that it can't fire its own guns for more than 6 minutes without running out of cap entirely.

That statement covers just about all of my ships.

So you fly exclusively Amarr ships?

So now that amarr battleships are being nerfed into oblivion, the apocalypse won't be cap stable anymore for level 4's.

My question is will the Navy Issue stay the same? So i could just upgrade to it and remain cap stable.

, since when does a ship needs to be cap stable to run mission
learn how to micromanage your modules and learn the relelvant engineering skills to level 5
and if you really think that being not cap stable is a problerm please do not try the abbadon you will only hate the ship
tho i think it is a better missionrunner than the apoc

and by the way even my paladin isn't cap stable with everything running and it does pve better than all amarr t1 battleships

buy some navy faction modules , they not expensive and they do not overpimp your ship and in general use less cap and are easier to fit

learn how to micromanage your ships , and work for your income

I do not agree with what you are saying , but i will defend to the death your right to say it...... Voltaire

Yeah, anyway i understand, this is just my opinion. Guess i'll just cross train.

But since you did, the new Armageddon will allow you to select your own damage type.

Why are you cross-training again?

Won't the drone updates make mission running in a drone boat more tedious, pulling them in and out constantly?

Im slow to get into this thread, but protip: missiles dont use cap. Don't crosstrain, train (cruise)missiles if you want to keep your Armageddon.

Because Amarr are the only cap hungry ships in EVE.

It's amazing how many people hate the idea of an amarr ship that is cap stable and still effective, yet they demand nothing else from their minmatar hulls. I'd love to see the tears from the matar pilots out there if projectiles suddenly started using cap. I fly amarr and caldari hulls firing lasers and rails, cap stability is not an issue for me, I've learned to manage without it, but compared to the minmatar I am gimped.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

My old ratting maelstroms cap lasted a grand 2-3 minutes with the XL booster running. Tell us all more how unfair life is.

Not with the new Armageddon. Cruise missiles, bouncers, micro jump drive. You probably won't even need a full tank for ratting anymore.

but you can still fire your guns when you cap out. Anyhow I am not the one complaining, I just felt it was my duty to point out the hypocrisy of it all..

Guns dont work too well on any ship when it runs out of hull.

Amarr ships will not only be fine, but the apoc will be better thanks to the better bonuses and good god that geddon!

I genuinely did laugh when I read that, good rebuttal that's why I liked your post. As for the battleships changes I am not sure that amarr will be any better off as many of the hulls are losing a cap bonus though large lasers are having a cap use buff to balance it, but I don't think that 10% of cap use per gun equates to the same thing when lasers use three times the cap of hybrids. The geddon change is welcome but I wish they would have built a new hull for it instead.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

Did you completely miss what I said earlier? I was talking about running out of cap in 6 minutes on just the turrets. I don't know of any hybrid ship that has it anywhere near that bad.

That being said the only people who should be complaining about the Armageddon are those who find themselves facing them in battle. I'm concerned they may be too powerful.
