It's as if he's speculating on the fact that CCP have just announced handing in criminal tags will allow you to buy sec status and that said DNA will be used to provide said status. I think he is wrong and that CCP will create 4 new tags for each race which grant a sec status gain. These tags will also be a low sec only item.

No, it's a 20k item minimum buy order - you need 20 thousand kruul's DNA to actually get the 150k isk buy price. It's probably an escrow scam using Margin Trading skill.

Rens is full of sell orders too, for increasing amounts. There's 20k of them there, but it will cost about 1.8 bil to buy them all. Then you'd supposedly get 3 billion for the 20k buy order. What happen then is the order fail because the Margin Trader has covered the buy with small deposit on alt and then given rest of his isk to his main. So when transaction triggers, there's not enough to cover it, the sale fails and big spender's left with 20k useless dna samples.

The 4 or 5 high-volume sales in Rens for 111-120k each unit may be same guy selling them.

Clever man or woman. But not great secret DNA plan for future. Scam.
