because any engagements ONLY allowed between corp members. It doesn't matter if you are in fleet/have positive standings/whatever.
I've heard some time ago fleet members could have engagement between them and it was very bad Lol

yes, weapon timer makes web-assistance little less comfortable. In small systems your freighter will wait for webber's weapon timer is over.

don't agree with that. With webbing my freighter makes his route in 40 minutes, without webbing - in 2 hours.

No, at the end of a duel, someone absolutely has to die. It's the only way.
