Changes to Dessies & Batcruisers?

So i took a break from the game while i was maxing out Battlecruisers to 5..

When this change comes.. how is it supposed to work?

For example, if i don't have all racial/cruisers trained to the level needed for destroyers and battlecruisers to be spent in those skills are the points reallocated to which i get to spend on whatever i want or do they just disappear?

Thanks in advance and apologies if this has been talked about within the past -- whatever.

I jumped the gun.

Did about 15-20 minutes worth of reading and came across this:

and found this inside:

"If, for some odd reason, you have Destroyers and/or Battlecruisers skills, but have no Racial Frigate/Cruiser 3 at all, then the skill points will be moved in the free allocation pool when the old skills are removed."

Did you understand it too, since it doesn't seem to answer your question. It answers what happens in the extremely unlikely case, that you have NO RACIAL FRIGATE OR CRUISERS SKILL at level 3. You asked what happens if you don't have all of them, which indicates you have at least one racial cruiser at 3. In your case you get racial BC skills at the same level of your current BC skill for the races you have racial cruisers to 3. If you don't have the racial cruiser skill at 3 for a race, you won't get any levels in that race's racial BC skill and no free SP to allocate.

In other words, train the racial cruisers to 3 each, fast.

You get the racial destroyer skill for any races that you have frigate at least at 3. You get the racial battlecruiser for any races that you have cruiser at least at 3. That's it.

Hence, if you have Amarr and Caldari cruisers at 4, no levels in Gallente cruiser and Minmatar cruiser at 2, after the split you get Amarr and Caldari Battlecruiser at whatever level you had Battlecruisers, you do not get Gallente or Minmatar Battlecruiser at all and you get NO SKILL POINT REIMBURSEMENTS.
