Can we expect Tiericide to touch on any T2 and Pirate ships in time for Odyssey?

Also:
After all sub-capital Tech 1 and Navy ships are rebalanced, can we expect pirate ships or T2 ships to follow soon?
Can we expect pirate ships and T2 (EDIT: and T3) ship balancing to be completed before the end of 2013?

They haven't announced anything yet, and considering the tremendous amount of balancing work they're already doing for this expansion they probably won't be touching much more, if anything.

Let's see what we have so far:
Minor changes to some T1 frigates and T1 cruisers
Rebalancing of faction navy frigates and cruisers
Attack battlecruiser balance pass (minor changes)
New Navy battlecruisers (Brutix, Drake, Harbinger, Hurricane)
T1 battleship rebalancing
Large Energy Turret buffs
Cruise missile buffs
Remote Sensor Booster and Tracking Enhancer nerfs
Ship/subsystem resistance bonus nerf
Naglfar fix

Did I miss anything?

Looks like you got it all.
Yeah, I was hoping CCP would outline a rough ETA for T2 and Pirate ship changes with Tiericide. Nothing accurate, just something to keep excitement instead of "Before the rapture!"

Here's hoping they can complete the set and finish off with navy battleship rebalances for Odyssey.

Don't expect any changes until they are live on Tranquility.

I believe they said they're doing black ops, command ships and something else next.

HACs are particularly urgent.

I believe they've said Navy BS will be Odyssey 1.1 -- and my guess is pirate stuff will follow.

It's probably covered under your ship changes, but for some reason I thought some of those involved a shield nerf?

Nothing is more urgent than fixing the Worm Pirate frigate.

Well it's a very special year and this particular expansion might bring some surprises not yet, or maybe never, announced until they're out.

Imho it's already a lot ov work if you add V3 on a lot of ships, core code changes to improve the game and for further expansions.
DUST&Eve iteration improvements, POS revamp or at least some changes, maybe even Command links changes.

With James list it's already good stuff, I could care less about new OMGPWNMACHINE navy battlecruisers without Battleships rebalance, those are getting better but not what I expected.

Out of OPS context but,
They tremendously lack of DPS and decent tank to ever deserve the name of Battleships, hell a single Brutix can dish almost as much dps than a blaster Megathron, a Talos with pimp dishes far more dps it's way more mobile than a regular Megathron, it's ridiculous.
Eve Battleships are in no terms or performances something close to battleships, "big bulky battlecruisers" yes, Battleships, no way, just the name.

Considering Battlecruisers historically carried similar armament to a battleship on a faster and less armored platform, that's about right.

You mean IRL or in game? I don't remember reading about any battlecruiser sporting 15in guns, much less 3 or more battery of them.

+1 for rebalancing pirate ships. Angel Cartel dominance has been going on for far too long. I want to see the other pirate factions begin to shine.

Also, cruise missile rebalance is happening in oddysey? I didn't see that one yet.

The ship re-balance and improvements have been moving at a very steady space from what we have gotten in the past, I am very happy with what has been going on. great work

Right now im looking for more information on the "exploration" changes that are going to happen, There is really only some basic outline or info on it, not much meat to it so far

IRL.

The British Renown class featured 6 15" guns in 3 twin turrets, and HMS Hood added a fourth turret for 8 15" guns.

Also, the part-completed post-WW1 Battlecruisers of America and Japan (Lexington and Amagi class respectively) were planned to mount 16" guns. Although arguably, the distinction between a Battlecruiser and Battleship was becoming increasingly blurred at this point.
