A MORE Official Protest - Force Miners to undock

People who play this game after learning mining skills but refuse to undock their mining ships ruin the game for a large percentage of other players. These other players, who believe that ganking is fun, making people cry real tears in anguish and frustration is the spice of life, and that causing billions of isk in damage to a person's wallet by whatever means possible within the rules of the game should... nay deserve... to have miners in the belts. Miners who refuse to log on or, worse, who log on but refuse to undock and lose their ships should be fined isk - and, of course be, removed from any positions of power they might possess - for causing we, the fine gankers of Eve Online, undue stress and making us wait.

It is my feeling that CCP should institute a rule for all mining vessels that makes them more like most capital level ships - unable to dock and thus stuck logging off in open space or at a POS. Through this means it would be made fair for the gankers, giving us something else to do in probing them down instead of making us wait for them to leave dock.

At first there were a large number of miners who left dock when we, the gankers, wanted to explode some spaceships. Lately, however, these miners unfairly remain in dock and do not provide us the targets we deserve and expect when we log into Eve Online. They are, beyond the shadow of a doubt, refusing to play this game the way that we want them to and I am making an official stand against this! I am officially complaining and because I'm officially complaining there must be action taken on this. My opinion is valued and necessary, clearly more so since there are obviously many others who will agree with me.

These mining griefers must be punished! CCP must do something about this! We can't just sit here all day waiting for nothing...

Edit: Feature Idea: If a highsec pilot is docked in any industrial ship (Exhumer/Barge/Orca) there's an automatic undock timer. After 25 seconds the ship is ejected from the station and warped to the nearest belt. CSM please add this in your notes.

As a HiSec miner I totally back this petition. Fair is fair.

+1 to the Goons.

Some days you're the bug, and some days your the windscreen.                   And some days, you're just a man with a gun.

+1 to Test as well. I love what you guys are doing for EVE. Makes me warm and fuzzy inside. Now, if I could just get away from this damn Orca and back into a combat ship....Pirate

really now i am a miner and reading this makes me want to laugh you want to force miners to be your targets just so you can have fun in the game..... i am not one to pick a fight but still some of us miners like it just to let our ships work for us and really you need to find other targets....thus staying out of high sec for the miners there are just trying to make a (in game life) living and you want ccp to fine miners who do not play by your gank rules....so what i am going to say to that is (in the words of the commanding officer of the airborn divison NUTS

under the radar is where i fly i make my isk like very one

*docks in mining barge and switches to shuttle*

Can't force me undock now!!!

(you'll prolly suggest CCP prevent pilots from changing ships. Good luck with that one!)

In the fine tradition of sharing quotations, I bring you one from Mark Twain:
