Because people only post on GD when something is of the highest priority in their eve world .If i only posted on the threads in GD that have an actuall 'meaning' to me in eve then i could remove 90% of my posts in GD.

Might not have officially started, but I was passing through some system last night about 9PMish EST 3ish jumps from Jita and there were about 100 Concord ships spawned at the gate. Something lulz worthy no doubt occurred.

Some answers: Yes, multiple entries are permitted. Especially if your later entries are as funny or funnier as your earlier entries.
I may increase the purse and split it across multiple winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd). There may be special categories, too (best ship pun, etc.)
