RvB if you want to learn how to pvp, easy to solo and learn on your own consistently. You can undock, make a jump or two, or not jump at all and find a fight. If you want to learn solo pvp in FW you're gonna have a boring time. Arranged fights are meh, but nobody is forcing you to go to them.
