I wouldn't, internet access costs in the UK are stupidly low these days. I have an ADSL2+ connection of 20Mbps down, 1Mbps up, no limits/traffic management and it costs €8/month.

Same ISP does 80/20 for about €45/month, no limits/traffic management. Price will likely fall to around €30 this year and 330/30 services seem reasonably imminent.
