I always take pleasure in reminding people of the market orders placed in Jita over the course of the event last year.

Understand, I mean no offense to anyone and I support the idea of emergent game play based on what players do. That’s the point of this question and post in a way from a new player perspective. I am honestly curious. Why doesn’t the Caldari State and Concord fight back the coming goon invasion of Jita? I mean I thought EVE was supposed to FEEL REAL and here is one of the most powerful factions in the game, the Caldari State, EVE’s greatest capitalist nation, playing dead when their largest trade hub comes under attack from what looks to be a 0.0 barbarian horde intent on a terrorist action? lol... Lol


Do player actions matter or not? If they do you have to acknowledge them at some point rather than pretending not to care. You’ve got GM’s running along with those tiny little live Sansha incursions but this looks like one of the bigger live events in the game. And nada for Jita? The Caldari State really is part of EVE right? So not even a merc contract or open season bounty? Pffttt... I mean, why should anyone care? Just seems like a wasted oppurtunity to set up an EVE story for your promos and everyone's fun.

How about you guys do something REAL: pick a constellation, and enforce your OWN rules: no miners, no passage without fees, no POS without fees. But no... it's easier to shoot non-destructible objects with ammo that doesn't deplete. You guys are awesome. This (once again) has "win" written all over it.
