Ideal candidates would be in the EU or East Coast US Time zone, Our usual time of roaming is around the EU TZ 19:00 +
Green KB 80% + and ability to keep our KB above the Alliances ( We like to keep it in the green )
Not afraid to use T2 ships or even T3 + Faction
