Fanfest 2013 HD Stream access + gifts question

Hello! Not sure if this goes here, but if not please move it appropriately. I ordered the HD stream, but now I'm curious how I go about accessing it. I didn't receive an email with instructions, and the only information I found at the fanfest site was how to order.

Also, I'm not sure where I get the code to retrieve my Quafe dropsuits for Dust. I've already redeemed the goods in Eve, but I haven't seen a redeem code or anything for the Dust stuff. Thanks in advance!

The code is in "account management" you just need to login and go to Services -> Voucher Center.

Quick question about the streaming. I like the quick access to recorded sessions which the paid option gets you, but my broadband line isn't fast enough to stream HD. Will streaming from Twitch negotiate a lower quality which suits my line or will I just be paying money to spend most of my time buffering?

You should be able to choose the quality - paying for HD allows you to use the higher qualities, but I see no reason for CCP to force it.
