Just a small matter but open to exploit in the wrong hands.

A CEO/Corp Director cannot kick a member from Corp if they are in space,

"Working as intended" from a CCP GM message. I actually read as "its how the code is written at the moment so the code isn't broken"

While a member is in space I can interact with that member thus :-

Give and take away corp roles/titles
Send a convo
Send an evemail
Send isk
Create a contract
change their contact status etc etc etc

I recall some years back that a Corp could 'kidnap/detain' a Corp member and prevent them from leaving the Corp by repeatedly giving that member additional roles, which enforced a new 24 hour period of stasis perpetually.

This 'griefing' was FIXED by CCP which is fantastic, however is not this situation "parking in space to avoid being kicked" the same grief tool but in reverse ?

I propose that this function is modified so that a pilot in space can be removed from corp and not require them to be docked in order to do so.

After all this is a sci fi game with advanced communication and social tools in a futuristic universe, yet the big red "Kick Member" button goes a wishy washy pink and fails to function when that member is in space :)
