Skill glitch possibly?

Heyo, I may have encounterd a glitch or I am just being dumb. I updated my clone before I went out on a OP and during that time I was podded. I come back to station to foudn I lost mIssile Launcher operation 4 and I was quite confused. I looked in my wallet history and noticed a 130k activation cost, which is the cost of a Epsilon clone. More then enough to sustain my noobish SP. And I ahev alos looked up stories about loosing clones and they all seem to loose level 5 of a skill instead level 4 where I can not go back and train that skill. And help would be appreciated.
it is also saying I can not train cruise missiles level 1 because i do not have Missile launcher operation level 5, where as I can not train Missile launcher operation anymore.

Try pausing your training, clear cache, and come back. You can try and petition if you really did upgrade you clone then lose a skill. Just expect a 3 to 6 week wait for an answer.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
