Fix MWD + Cloak nonsense. We want pvp.

Every time you go in a direction without knowing what's there, it should be a risk! This applies for people in pvp ships and everyone else. The last thing the game needs is more ways to be able to get away without having to do any kind of preparation.

Also, if WTZ was removed I would go insane with joy. Increased fun in the game x100 instantly.

You forget that not everyone wants to engage in PvP when they travel. Blink

But if you are worried about MWD cloakies, maybe you are targeting to slowly?

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

What you talkin about. My cloaky nullified T3 can carry at least 440m3

TBH so far all I have seen is a pile of carebears crying that this would remove their only safety net. You know actually having a strategy that goes beyond a cheap trick like this is too hard for strategy gamers to grasp apparently.


What I see is an unsuccessful hunter refusing to change his approach towards catching his prey. Cloaks and MWDs are fitted for a reason, and you are just lagging behind in the arms race. The tools for the adaptation you need are already in the game.

You just aren't looking hard enough; either by choice, or by ignorance.

(Yes, this is pretty much what I meant to say in my previous post.)

Sometimes you get the cloaky and Interdiction nullified ships, sometimes you don't. learn the tricks of the trade because not too many people here are gonna tell you what to do. ( well other then quit )

these can make campers mad too. If in a playful mood they burn away to basically run a half assed drag meet to toy with you and see what your fastest boat can do This get real fun when you actually have a snaked fast tackle in the crew. Like one night our snaked cyna got smoked by another cyna burning off station.

Funny, I thought when someone initiated a lock on you you could not cloak?
I lost a viator once to a maelstrom with dual sensor boosters, took one volley, oh wait, the boosters just speed up the lock so he could get shot off before i warped, they had no bearing on how fast he reacted to the brief blip I made on his over view, during the brief swap from jump cloak to cov op cloak.
By the way, had him killed shortly after, nice t2 fit bs.

I've evaded lots gate camps in low sec in viator even with out cloaking.
had been engaged once in occator over 20km from gate by onyx, i messed up you see, didnt remeber heavy dictors had focus script to extended their range to 30km. cant remember if i hit mwd then cloaked, parlty because ship moves slow in all reguards, and I do not much point. ( that cloak speed penatly nasty on slow ships.)

besides didnt ccp recently alter the duration and cap use of ab's and mwds to greatly shorten their cycle time? actually i liked that change seems those mods use a little less cap now.

it takes time to hit mwd then cloak, time enough for ppl with wits about to start a lock,

ps when heavy dictors 1st came out, the warp disrupt field also had a web componet, ccp fixed that quick, couple dictors on a gate and anyone jumping in was dead, period. No matter what ship they where in. That did create a major issue. I think you would been happy then.

Using a cloak and MWD to instantly warp is not an exploit, and much like AFK cloaking is not something that needs fixing.

It is a passive form of PvP - you got outsmarted. Don't ask CCP to give you a win button.

This. If it was an exploit CCP would be banning people from using it. They're not so it isn't.

not to mention, you don't instantly warp.

there's 10 seconds where you're cloaked and vulnerable to being uncloaked and pointed. more than fair advantage for a gatecamp.

Some transport ship are made for warp trick, if you remove it, people will just use covert ops transport..

Gate camp is the most boring and broken gameplay mechanic in EvE, CCP will nerf it this summer (instlock), and sure they will nerf it more later. It's needed to see more player in low/null sec.
