What eve should be.

Single combat
Scalable fights
Escalation fights
Rage rolling
Hunting down prey and looting its bones
Nulsec and Losec roams without having to fly through gate camps
Random pvp while roaming the holes

PvP in many shapes sizes and flavours. One size definitely does not fit all so consider us a well stocked tailors shop for pew pew

Need ISK? Industrialist? Miner? PI freak?

We got all that as well, but if you don't partake in the pew pew when required it'll be bye bye. Wormhole corps survive by bringing the fight when required. If you don't accept that and partake, you'll just be dead weight, and then just dead and back in empire.

Able to gf when your dreadnaught bites the dust?
Able to shrug off the ganking of your impel with a months worth of loot in the hold?
Able to avoid taking the **** out of someone unfortunate enough to fall under your guns?
Able to learn from your mistakes, listen to advice from others, and improve your game?
Able to string six words (at least) together to form a sentence, with no more than one of those words being objectionable?

Unfortunately as the rest of the corporation is having a good time blowing **** up or getting blown up it falls once again to me to convince you lazy burned out slacker bitter vets, and clueless noobs to get off your arses and get to WH space.

Stop sitting around whining about lack of content, lack of targets, CCP nerfbatting your favourite ride/weapon system/ecm module

Come on. Get a grip

In wormholes life is GOOD.

Often its short and ends in an expanding cloud of ship parts, but its still good.

We live in a target rich environment, which just so happens to be able to generate the isk required to replace the ships lost from living in a target rich environment and then some. Dead handy that.

We are looking for pilots that want to know what's in the next wormhole over, and then harvest/steal/blow it up.
Pilots who look at Capitals as targets of opportunity not threats.
Pilots who will turn their hand to anything if it helps out the corp or a corp mate. (Selfish bastards need not apply)
Pilots willing to experiment
Pilots willing to die repeatedly if necessary without whining about it.
Pilots willing to help generate content

Eve is failing, eve lacks content, eve devs are nerfbat fascists, Nul sucks, Low sucks, Highsec would have to improve just to be able to suck, the latest patch sucks, Incursions suck, and many other flavours of suckage thereof.

I say to you from the bottom of what's left of my un-mortgaged soul, that life in wormholes most definitely does not suck.

If you can think for yourself, don't rely on other people to generate content for you, don't mind a spot of scanning... ok a fuckton of scanning, know the difference between bravery and stupidity when it comes to pvp, and can work well individually or as part of a team, then you sir or madam have a marketable commodity, and we in Serene Vendetta are definitely buying.

I'll tell you what I want out of a corporation :-

I want a corp where the real people on line outweigh the alts
I want a corp that answers with dps when I'm in trouble
I want a corp that has clearly defined goals, plans and doctrines
I want a corp where the tax rate wont bankrupt me.
I want a corp where the Directors partake and don't just skim off the top
I want a corp that allows me to do as much as I can, and helps with the rest
I want a corp that's not afraid to lose ships
I want a corp where I can talk to my corpies on TS and get a reply.
I want a corp where I don't feel like im merely cannon fodder and a source of isk.

What do YOU want out of a corporation?

I think the rest of the corps too busy earning isk and getting their brand new ships blown up in a red haze of actinic fire and orgiastic pew pew rapture to do something so plebeian as bumping the corp recruitment thread. So, my delightfully jaded innies and outies, it falls to me, Mithandra to tickle your nucleus accumbens once more in an overt bid to convert you to the side of Serenity; our light, our comfort, and our wormhole home.

Wormholes are the superhighway of selective , and sometimes not so selective Pew Pew.

Fancy a lowsec roam? Roll the hole till you find one to your taste
Fancy a Nulsec carebear bash, ditto to rolling the hole
Fancy a rageroll? can I get a "ROLL THE HOLE"?

Don't get me wrong. With lots of other wormhole corps doing the same or similar, sometimes the fickle hand of fate deals you a great big pile of one cup. The trick, gentle beings is to get up dust yourself off and get into another ship. If you can do that, then you my precious may well be the person we are looking for.

If you are the sort of shallow stunted soul who worships kill board efficiency, then please move on. Ours is to be truthful frikkin awful. What our KB shows is that we fly. We fly even when the odds are not in our favour. We fly, we try, we die, and sometimes, just sometimes we get juicy kills.

Our Serenity is a loving mother. She provides us with ample sources of income to replace our losses,:-

PI
Gas Mining
Roid Mining
Hacking and Archaeological sites
Escalations with and without capitals
Combat sites
T3 Production

So,

We have the ability to make isk,
We have the tenacity to lose isk and keep on flying regardless
We have the curiosity to see what's beyond the next event horizon.

Wormholes

Big scary dark places teeming with sleeper drones that will grind your bones to make their bread... Or are they?

Well as with many things in life, the truth of wormholes is not all black or white.
Its more a black background with a white skull and crossbones on it.

The sleepers are easy once you learn a few tricks, it's the other marauding, rage rolling, butt bumping, beer swilling WH corps and day trippers you need to keep an eye out for.... and blue fire, but the less said about that the better.


DSCAN is your friend. DSCAN gives you a fighting chance. Note I say , a chance. Its not a guarantee of safety.

Sig Scanning is your best friend, it will help you to earn isk and get fights to lose said isk or even make more.

TeamSpeak is also a close friend. It enables your mates further down the chain to warn you of an impending NOHO/Hard Knocks/Lazerhawks/others rage roll. Once again its not perfect and you may still die.

Tripwire is your busty friend with benefits. It shows you what's where and how to get there amongst other things.

Jabber is your gabby friend who knows all your other friends, and can drop messages to them out of game.

Don't worry if you've never used any of those tools before. We have experts standing by to ease your transition into the corp.


Pay attention to what people are telling you in the hole, and don't be a total ****. Semi total is acceptable, just not total. Soon(tm) you too will be rolling in ships you never dreamed of owning before, and shortly thereafter, mourning their loss. Hakuna Matata, its the great circle of life in eve.
