I suppose a fitting might be doable still but not like it once could be done...

Celestis hull (T1 gallente EW platform).

Completely non-threatening. All the mids of an EW ship gave a lot of utility (dual web style). It used to fit out like an overgrown Tristan - 2 missiles, 2 guns, a pack of drones.

Higher end frigates and fast lightly armored cruisers were the target. They expected sensor damps or the like and instead get hit with 2 webs and a point when they got in close, followed by a pounding... A rather unpleasant turn of events.

I knew one pilot who used one to crash a small gate camp - killed 3 of the 4 ships before going pop -- just to see if it worked but, again, the slots & fittings have changed so it might be harder to fit one out now.

Aim for something like that - innocuous and non threatening so the enemy will come at you with fast light ships for an "easy kill". It beats something like well known Stabbers and such that are well understood to have decent firepower and can bring a fight on.

Scythe Fleet Issue - nobody knows it, and nobody will run away... but it is damn fast for a cruiser.

Overheat all the things.

Everyone engages happily, often at zero looking for the quick miner kill, or will ignore you if you land close in a belt. Just warp off if you start getting kited/losing because +2 warp strength is funny.

Kills intys like a mofo if you land the scram, (they often come straight to you). Cheap as chips.

It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.
