Game Crashes when Switching to Other Monitors

Subject kind of explains it. I have three monitors and run two of them on one of my XFX HD Radeon 6870 and the other one on the other XFX HD Radeon 6870. They are not Crossfired.

Whenever I try to move the client from the video card with one monitor, to the video card with two monitors(I tried both monitors), my entire computer will either completely lockup and I have to force restart it, or it will BSOD and I have to restart it. I have tried updating my drivers, running EVE in safe mode, brand new EVE installations and repairing my EVE client.

The problem seemed to have fixed itself during the months I quit playing, sometime around September 2012-January 2013, but after I installed a new version of EVE today because of other issues, the problem came back.

Please help me :(.
