Caldari State > Angel Cartel 0.0 (Neutral)

Caldari State > Serpentis 0.0 (Neutral)

Caldari State > Servant Sisters of EVE -0.25 (Neutral)

The Caldari State would shoot at an organization famed for its humanitarian efforts before shooting a bunch of lawless pirates.

Explain.

They wouldn't shoot at all. -0.25 is barely a step down from neutrality/indifference. If anything they are less inclined to allow a foreign/external party to provide assistance. And why bother when your Corporations can do everything for you? :)

Ah, but there is still a problem. That means the Caldari would be more offended if the Sisters tried to help a ship in its territory than if the Serpentis tried to rob that same ship. Regardless of the small difference in standings, that still defies common sense.

Did you check Sister's standings? I can't check from where I am.

It does contradict the lore though. Because State military agents give missions against Serptentis frequently and they are clearly outlaws in the State's eyes.

There was a fictional storyline when a Minedrill structure failed and people were trapped. The State refused help from nearly all external sources, including Sisters. I wish I had a link for it.

In one respect, Serpentis is a kindred spirit with the Caldari megas. An overbearing Federation government dictating what the business can and can not do. ;)

Those guys at CONCORD however consider the corporation illegal and the State keeps in line with CONCORD when it has to. Twisted

The Cartel is far away and not really a direct problem for the State (and probably a customer/supplier for some things).

The Sisters? Meddlesome bunch of jagii!

Seeing that the Serpentis actively engages in the kidnapping of children for purposes of child-p*rnography (see the Gallante Epic Arc), they are pretty much the scum of the Western Galaxy...

... so yeah, probably they and the Caldari are in fact 'kindred spirits' Ugh

Caldari are messed up. Go Gallante.
