Or they will just make 1 person only corps and never recruit. Therefore side stepping AWOX attempts.

Who says I am a miner? The motivation is more about forcing people like you to actually 'fight', rather than pick on the weakest.
And who knows if I do it or not, I like that you might have to actually be cautious when you join corps. Brings a certain suspense not knowing if I am going to pull the trigger on your new order coward face P
