Why don't bounties on corps give notifications on claims?

Why does placing a bounty on a corp not give you any feedback and notifications on claims of such bounties?

Aparently this is intentionally designed this way. My question is why is it this way?

It makes no sense to me and thus a waste of isk to bounty a corp if it jus disappears and I don't get to know how.

Because the Devs anticipated people wouldn't want mass spam from a corp bounty, where as we actually do.
They answered this question some weeks ago, I can't remember if they said they would look into changing it or not.

Could be intell related.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

If corp mates pop each other with the corp having a bounty, will they get a payout? Just curious? Because if that works, notifications would be a bad idea as they could just spam you with noobship pops until your client crashes when loading up notifications.

Since I don't get notifications of where and when my Bounty ISK goes, I stopped sinking ISK into Corp bounties and just do it individually on my targets.
