bid 1.25b. not much of a miner or research char when no science skills to 5, no mining 5, no refining 5, in fact not much to 5 other than Orca basic skills

This is also orca boosting char.
Not complete , but good starting point.

This is my utility alt:
- Good ( not perfect ) orca booster
- miner (3 days to T2 strip miners)
- <10 days to PE 10
- 4 days to refining V
- 4 lab slots
- 4 planets
- trading slots
- some probing skills
- ~3.92 standings to True Creations (Sansha) , still no one dislike this char.

Simply i don't want to waist <20 days on my main to get all those skills to lvl 5 - as i simply don't need them.


This is not perfect alt - thats why 3.1 bil is enough for me.
I will not sell under 3.1.
