I'd like to know about any upcoming plans for a 4th tier of tech 1 battleship.

Now, I know ccp rise posted about this, and I put my ideas in to it. But fozzie seems to have been the balancing queen recently, so i'd like to hear his view on:

1. Does he think there needs to be a 4th tier of BS?
2. How would he make them fit in to this game?
3. How would it affect future tournaments in your mind?

If i'm asking the wrong dev, then just ask him what flavour cake he'd be if he had to pick one :P

Oh man I have 100s of questions for Fozzie...

-Is Fozzie happy with the state of frigates and tracking in PVP? Tracking, in general, seems very high on frigs from bigger guns and only made worse since the T1 cruiser buff.

-What about some of the BCs that seem to have gotten the short end of the stick, mainly the cane--any plans to put them more in line with the other BCs? Lots of people are flying canes atm only to get them blown up because of how weak they have become.

-Are there ECM changes coming any time soon? What about target painting changes (buffs)? What about ways to disrupt missile tracking in any way?

-Any updates on fixing Off Grid Boosting? A lot of us have been waiting for the miracle fix for a while now Lol

-Any plans to change how intel is acquired in EVE? Such as nerfs to local chat, changes to dscan, etc.? In general there is too much easy intel in EVE, some think.

-General question: What does Fozzie think are some of the main PVP imbalances currently?

Any plans on giving titans their role back as an antiblob machine?

What do you thing t2 SHOULD give over t1 and do you feel that this is currently in the game?


Any remote cyno jamming ships in the role or any anti cloaking stuff in the pipeline?

will there be any rebalancing to the cerberus it's really one of the forgotten ships that's rarely used, there's a huge lack of cpu and powergrid on that poor thingy, don't you think?

As a wormhole resident the single most important thing for me is personal ship storage - personal hangar space is neither here nor there as the total ISK involved is so much smaller. Is the personal hangar a direct stepping stone to personal ship storage?

I know this whole walking in stations thing kind of seems to be on a backburner..

But is there any plans in the future to add more immersive content into EVE such as maybe having bars where players can sit down at to socialize at or maybe play some type of games in eve something like poker for example? So that this isn't just a 'spaceships' game but a more in depth and involved universe?
