what if the proxies could be sold on the market, so the wealthiest and most interested parties can reach a mutually beneficial exchange with the poorer and less interested parties

My suggestion is to dramatically change the way the election is ran and proceeds very close to said election time, then hide all references and improvements to it, in the most obscure places in the forums.

Also any extra work load is a just decision and all should comply to it.

Actually on second though, that free market things sounds pretty nice. How much isk per vote are we talking about?

I thought I deleted that one

But Abstain is needed only once.

It is this crusade to make every vote count that will lower the voting, and lack of advertising, and the fact that the Null blocks came up with a Fix, then everyone else did, then that fix was stopped, oh and did I mention the lack of advertising for the CSM.

eh, CCP just likes the idea of null sec winning, will add more drama and fun to the game and increase revenue. I mean advertising will only help out the non null sec candidates.

That is why you got to vote smart, vote null sec mart.
