Eve Quits Working After Changing Graphic Settings

For the past few days, Whenever I change the graphic settings or the graphics card to use, my eve client locks up and says not responding. I ran the eve repair tool and it completed successfully, but the issue is still there. I tried to reinstall the eve client all together and the issue still persists. Is there something that can fix this or is this just one of those bugs?
