ok once with psychotic monkey. Years ago he accepted members in his corp while they were enroute to war targets. CCP calls this an exploit and he got many warnings as joininig a corp must be done in station or some crap. Theres the proof, CCP would have records of the petitions filed against him. Go there if you need more proof. His pvp record is based on cheating...and his alliance name is kinda a giveaway. He's dealt with a blizzard of petitions. So if u want a lying cheat as CSM...hey..eve is going downhill anyways.
