I click play in the launcher that says server online and gives a player count and nothing happens.

Eve HQ and your website say the server is up.

I get a bar down on the windows 7 task bar saying eve but it never starts the game. After a few minutes it goes to not responding and then just sits there until I right-click and close it.

Then the launcher says server offline.

I close the eve launcher and restart it and it says server online again.

Eve launched 4 days ago with no problems nothing has changed on my pc in that time. You billed my account for another month just last night.

Please fix your launcher so I can play.

Restart your system > After start up, click on Start menu, Click Eve and repair.
