Like the others said, a Blaster Tengu isn't necessarily bad, there are just much better options out there.

If you really insist on going through with it, go ahead. I actually like seeing people who use underdog ships and/or underdog fittings.

Just keep in mind that you are making things more difficult for yourself, if you've never flown a T3 before you're going to make mistakes. Mistakes will be a lot more forgiving with a HAM or HML Tengu than a hybrid one.

Taking into consideration the competitve nature of the average EvE player, the low tolerance threshold usually displayed towards this sort of requests, and how wonderful would it be to collect blaster Tengu lossmails from unwary victims, I am honestly surprised that there are no "honest" fits trying to encourage you to actually throw yourself down the path of FAIL.

By all means fit blasters to your Tengus, my good man.

Also, fit a cloak and the Interdiction nullifier subsystem, and please be so kind as to enlighten us on your current whereabouts, should you decide to set foot on systems below 0.5
