Helo to all i`m new in eve i want to have a perfect scanner character and i want to ask you all if you can tell me what skills do i need in order to be a perfect scanner .

For the scanning skills:

Astrometrics
Astrometric Rangefinding
Astrometric Pinpointing
Astrometric Acquisition

Plus whatever ship type you want to be flying that has scanning bonuses:

Frigate Class:
Amarr: Magnate
Caldari: Heron
Gallente: Imicus
Minmatar: Probe

Or a covert ops ship (advanced frigate class):

Anathema, Buzzard, Helios, or Cheetah

Or a tech 3 cruiser (strategic cruiser) fitted for probing.

Finally, to fully have max skills you will want to use implants. The best scanning implants require cybernetics 5.

Rig modules: Gravity Capacitor Upgrade
Probes: Sisters Core Scanner Probe x8
Launcher: Sisters Core (or expanded) Probe Launcher
Skill: (race) Frigates 5, Covert Ops 5, Cloaking 4

Also, a note: Anything much beyond 3 in all Astrometrics skills, a few points in frigate skill, and cloaking 1 is pretty superfluous if you're actually going to fly a probing ship (e.g. one of the frigates with a scanner bonus). Similar for a T3 cruiser with a scanning sub on it. Getting anal about the skill totals and messing with the rigs is more for when you're flying something with no scan bonus.

But you asked for "perfect", so there it is for what it's worth (pretty much nothing).

Also add max tanking skills and good skills to apply tackle. And you will have a very good and loved combat prober
