If he's in a safe spot the odds of you decloaking him are literally astronomical.

If a system is max 15 AU in size and everything is on the same plane then he's somewhere in an area of 1.6 * 10^19 square kilometers. Have fun getting to within 2 km of him. If the system is larger or stuff isn't all on the same plane then you have even less chance of finding him if he's safed up and cloaked.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

no. unless you know where it is.. and bump it

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I have successfully found a cloaked ship!!

I literally bumped into a cloaked Rapier while in a cloaked Prowler. Yeah, it ended in a lossmail, but I literally bumped into him and then we both decloaked.

I couldn't do it again if I tried.

If they ignore him and bring out their mining and mission ships he can light a covert cyno and drop a bomber gang on them.

This.

It could be an explorer trying to complete an expedition.

Or you could set a trap, put out some bait and see if you get a nibble.

Not if he's AFK.

Then bring out a nice shiny bait ship. Fishies got to eat sometime.

Best way isn't running after him, make him come to you.

Especially since cloaked ships no longer decloak each other. Lol
