POS aggro in low sec as the way to shoot at the corp members in high sec

I've hear that there is a tactic that some pirates using...

1. The player warping to the POS in lolsec
2. The POS stats shooting
3. The player goes to highsec and can shoot the corp members for 15 minutes.

Does this one is still works in the Crimewatch system?

in 2007 i've thought it's a sci-fi simulator, not an "e-sports" game. I'm not a teenager, how would i like it much?

That never worked under the old system and it won't work now either.
