Docking with NPC (Guristas) stations with a -9.9 standing

I've been killing Guristas for years, and have a -9.9 standing with them.

What will happen if I try and dock with one of their stations? Will they let me dock?

I presume that in Guristas space I'd be targeted by them at the gates and at the stations?

Apologies in advance for these noobish/carebearish questions.

Even with positive standings the Guristas on the gates attack...at least they did for me (+2.0 or so to them). The NPC stations act the same as in low and high. Case in point: I have -9.9 with Gallente Federation and am a war target (via FW). I can still dock in Gallente NPC stations, both in and out of their sovereign space in high/low.

2 different entities. Pirate NPC in space will always attack you, unless you are in pod. NPC station will always let you dock, even with -10.0 faction/corp standing.
