Recent reports have suggested that the Angel Cartel has begun evacuating the Paradise constellation. Apparently the military prowess of Phobia has overwhelmed the Angel Macherial fleet. Hakim himself was spotted leaving his prized asteroid belt where he victimized a slew of miners who hailed from Empire.

Sovereignty units are being deployed within Paradise, and we don't anticipate much more resistance from the Angel Cartel. Phobia will be open to negotiations regarding any tied up assets that may occur due to the change in ownership. Once our Empire ha been completed, and patrols have been run, Phobia will open the Paradise constellation to fellow freelancers, traders, industrialists, and combat veterans.
