When are the changes hitting?

It's been a while since the last mirror, and there is a new expansion with a LOT of new changes coming. Is there an ETA to when they'll be on sisi? I'm mostly concerned about skill changes, I want to see how they pan out.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

If you're concerned mostly with skill changes, there are a number of blogs that outline the complete changes, with distinct clarity, saving you from any trouble of logging into the test server =)

Unfortunately, this doesn't exactly help test out the new frigate/cruiser/battleship/faction frigate/faction cruiser/faction battlecruiser stats.

There will be a new mirror very soon - but (most of) the new features (including skill changes) will not be included at this point. We'll post more details later, on what will be included.
